A recent workshop presentation at Your Healing Retreat led me to create this new page of information on this site. I will continue to update it, with more information on how parents can take care of themselves, while being great caregivers for their kids. WIth the level of stress that parent-caregivers carry on a long-term daily basis, it is incredibly important that we make time to care for ourselves. We keep ourselves strong and healthy, so that we are better able to handle our exceptional parenting responsibilities for our wonderful, exceptional children.
